As described in our Data Processing Agreement, RegTechPRO engages certain third-party service providers ("Subprocessors") to assist in providing our compliance platform services.
This page lists the Subprocessors currently authorised to process personal data on behalf of our clients. We notify clients of any changes to this list in accordance with our DPA.

Notification of Changes
In accordance with our Data Processing Agreement, we will notify clients at least 30 days before adding or replacing any Subprocessors. Clients may object to changes by contacting us within 14 days of notification. This page will be updated to reflect any approved changes.
International Data Transfers
Where Subprocessors process personal data outside the UK/EEA, we ensure appropriate safeguards are in place. This includes the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or transfers to countries with adequacy decisions. All US-based Subprocessors have executed IDTAs with us to ensure equivalent data protection standards.
